Greez Holdings, LLC ("Greez", "we") operates greezholdings.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what your choices are. Questions go to team@greezholdings.com.

What we collect

Contact form. When you use the contact form we receive the answers you type: your name, email address, company if you give one, and your message. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider, and delivered to us by email. We use them only to read and respond to your message.

Mailing list. If you subscribe, we store your email address and use it to send occasional updates about our work. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing team@greezholdings.com.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site is read: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they use. Until you choose Accept on the analytics notice, measurement runs without cookies or persistent identifiers. If you accept, a small identifier is stored in your browser so repeat visits can be counted. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage.

What we do not do

We do not run advertising, we do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not ask for sensitive categories of personal data anywhere on this site.

Who processes data for us

The site relies on a small number of service providers acting on our behalf: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Sanity (content management), Google (analytics), and PostHog (analytics). These providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate.

How long we keep things

Contact messages are kept for as long as the correspondence is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained under each provider's standard retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email team@greezholdings.com and we will handle the request. Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or California privacy law applies to you, we honor the rights those laws provide, including access, deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date above.
